What's a user?
Anyone who signs in to approve drafts, move the schedule, or send invoices. Subs and clients who only text you are not users — they're free, unlimited.
Do I need a new phone number?
Each user gets a dedicated Trussty text number, or you can port one in. Your personal cell stays your personal cell.
What about SMS carrier fees?
Carrier costs (roughly a cent per segment) pass through at cost on your monthly bill. Most solo contractors see a few dollars a month.
Will the AI ever text a client without me?
Not unless you turn on auto-send rules (Scale). Default is human-in-the-loop: every draft waits for your tap.
Can I switch plans?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
