The service

Trussty provides project management and client communication tools for construction contractors. By using the service or communicating with a Trussty-powered number, you agree to these terms.

SMS messaging program

Program:Trussty project updates. Clients of a contractor receive and send text messages about their construction project — status updates, scheduling, reminders, and invoices — with the contractor's Trussty number.

Consent: You opt in by providing your phone number to your contractor for project communication, or by texting the number first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. After texting STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful purposes or to send abusive, fraudulent, or unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-drafted message suggestions are reviewed and approved by the contractor before sending; responsibility for sent messages rests with the sending account.
