Trussty is a project management and client communication tool used by construction contractors. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact details (name, phone number, email), project information your contractor records about your project, and the content of text messages exchanged with your contractor's Trussty number.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: routing your messages to your contractor, helping the contractor draft replies and updates, scheduling, and invoicing. We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging

Message frequency varies with your project's activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opt-out status is honored immediately and automatically.

Data retention and security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and retained while your contractor's account is active. You can request deletion of your data through your contractor or by contacting us.
